I received the wrong item, what should I do?

Please email support with your order number and photos of the delivery including the printed invoice.

Please email support@foxpharma.co.uk as soon as you receive your goods. Please include your Fox Pharma order number, also attaching photos of the delivery you have received including the front of the paper invoice and the products received. Customer service will then review the imagery provided and will contact you to resolve the issue. 

If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or unfit-for-purpose product, please do not dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of, Fox Group International will not be able to refund or replace the product.
