An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
Please contact support once you receive your goods with photos of the delivery as well as the printed invoice.
Please email support@foxpharma.co.uk as soon as you receive your goods with your Fox Pharma order number attaching photos of the delivery you have received including the front of the paper invoice and products received.
Customer service will then review the imagery provided and will contact you to resolve the issue.
